Integrative just means a fully customized massage drawing from any and all of the modalities I’ve studied.
I work very slowly and intentionally. And I specialize in deep tissue work (great for chronic pain and injury recovery) and stress/anxiety relief.

It’s not a choreographed, cookie-cutter massage. I lean on my intuition and your bodies cues to create something truly beneficial to where you in that moment.
